Yodler Kara Silverman from the NYC office participated in National Running Day with the New York Road Runners Young Professionals Committee. She helped organize the event and raise funds for NYRR's youth running programs. On Tuesday June 2nd, hundreds of runners attended a coached run in Central Park to celebrate the sport and its health benefits.
