What is Yodle.org?

Over the last 5 years, we at Yodle have worked with thousands of local business owners, and we've gotten to know what they care about. Giving back to the local community is high up on the list. Inspired by our local business customers, Yodle has taken on the task of learning how we can give back to our local office communities. This site is the virtual home of the charitable efforts made by the more than 300 Yodlers around the country. On Yodle.org you will find events and stories of Yodlers in their local communities giving back. Take a look around!

Yodle Goes Green

Oct 08 2010

yodleYodle has embarked upon an exciting new mission this month by establishing our first ever GREEN Team!! Comprised of passionate Yodlers across all offices and departments, the GREEN Team’s mission is to help Yodle secure a more environmentally sustainable future.

The GREEN Team is communicating, encouraging and implementing easy and actionable best practices like remembering to turn out the lights, printing on both sides of paper, recycling, and cutting back on paper products. These simple actions have a direct effect on our employees, offices, local communities and bottom line. For example, we can save more than $800/mo if the New York office alone replaced paper products with Yodle mugs and reusable dishes.

A number of Yodle employees (listed below) have volunteered to serve as GREEN Advocates. They will be acting as proactive change-makers and working to make going GREEN fun!! We look forward to sharing the results of these empowered efforts in upcoming posts.
